The Exporter lets you export your analyzed conversations in Excel (.xlsx) or JSON format for external reports, analysis in other tools, or backups.
How to access the Exporter
Open My preferences (at the bottom of the sidebar) and go to the Exporter tab.
Click "New Configuration".
Choose the channels you want to export: Meetings, Calls and/or Messages.
Apply the filters you need and choose the columns you want to include.
Click "Save Configuration".
diio emails the file to the address you enter.
There's no export history or download from a notification: the file arrives in your email.
What the export includes
Depending on the columns you choose in the configuration, the export can include:
Metadata: date, duration, channel, participants, playbook.
Executive summary and Key Notes.
Detected commitments.
Specific fields and extracted values.
Available formats
Excel (.xlsx): for Excel, Google Sheets or BI tools.
JSON: for programmatic integrations.
