You can assign a playbook to a meeting before it happens to ensure diio uses the correct analysis structure.
Steps
Go to Upcoming Meetings in the sidebar.
Locate the meeting you want to assign a playbook to.
Click the playbook selector. A dropdown appears with playbooks available for your team.
Select the playbook that corresponds to that meeting.
Result
When diio analyzes the meeting, it will apply the selected playbook. If you don't pre-assign one, diio chooses the playbook based on its description.
