The interface language and timezone are personal settings: each user defines them for their own account without affecting others. You can change them at any time from My Preferences.
Change the language
In the Language section, select the interface language: Spanish, English, or Portuguese.
Click Save. The change applies immediately throughout the app.
Change the timezone
In the Timezone section, select your zone from the dropdown.
Click Save.
The timezone affects how diio displays dates and times for your conversations, commitments, and reports. If your meetings appear with the wrong time, the timezone probably does not match your actual location.
Interface language vs. analysis language
These are two independent settings that are often confused:
Interface language: the language in which you see menus, buttons, and text in the app. You control this from My Preferences.
Analysis language: the language you speak in your conversations. diio detects it automatically and can analyze conversations in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Italian, Turkish, and German, regardless of which language your interface is set to.
You can have the interface in Spanish and hold meetings in English, or vice versa. diio identifies the spoken language on its own.
