The diio WhatsApp chat is a direct channel from your phone to check the status of your conversations, commitments, and deals, and to upload audio recordings without opening the app. It is activated in a couple of minutes from Settings.
How to activate it
Enter your phone number with the country code.
diio sends a verification code to your WhatsApp.
Enter the code in the diio app to confirm.
Done. You can now talk to diio from your phone.
What you can do from the chat
Once active, the diio WhatsApp chat lets you:
Check your account status: pending commitments, latest conversations, at-risk deals.
Upload audio recordings: from in-person meetings or cell phone calls for diio to analyze.
Ask questions in natural language: about your conversations, contacts, or recent activity.
The chat responds in the same language you write in. If you write in Spanish, it responds in Spanish; if you write in English, it responds in English.
