Your organization's data is never automatically deleted when you change plans. What changes is access to certain features.
When upgrading
All historical conversations are preserved and remain accessible.
Teams, playbooks, and specific fields already configured continue to work.
Features from the new plan are unlocked immediately.
Open commitments are not affected.
When downgrading
Historical conversations: preserved in full. They are not lost or anonymized.
Open commitments: remain active.
Teams, playbooks, and specific fields: those that exceed the lower plan's limits are automatically archived when the change is made. They are not deleted. If you upgrade again, they are reactivated.
Integrations: those not supported by the lower plan are set to "paused" status. Credentials are preserved; only active syncing is disabled.
