Deleting a team in diio is a permanent action. Before doing so, make sure you have moved all relevant people to another team and reassigned playbooks if necessary.
Steps to delete the team
Scroll to the "Danger zone" section at the bottom of the page.
Click "Delete team".
Read the confirmation dialog: "Are you sure you want to delete the team [name]?"
Confirm. The team is permanently deleted.
What happens to data when you delete the team
Conversations: move to the teams of their participants. If a participant does not belong to another team, the conversation is left outside any team.
Assigned playbooks: playbooks are not deleted, they only lose their assignment to that team. They remain available for assigning to other teams.
People: are not deleted from the account. They just leave the team. If they belong to another team, they remain active in it.
