Why can’t I find a meeting that diio participated in? 😩

Updated over 3 weeks ago

If you can’t find a meeting that diio analyzed or participated in, there are a few possible reasons. Below are the most common causes and what you can do in each case:

1. The meeting was moved to a future date using the same calendar event

This happens when a past meeting is rescheduled to a future date without creating a new event in the calendar.
While this might seem convenient, it’s not a good practice because diio assumes the meeting hasn’t happened yet and therefore overwrites the previous analysis with the new upcoming meeting.

👉 Important: this action cannot be undone, meaning the original meeting and its analysis are permanently lost.

2. The meeting was moved to Archived

Sometimes, a meeting may not be processed correctly and automatically appear in the Archived section. This can happen due to different technical or connection-related issues.
In this case, you should check the error message associated with that meeting and report it to the diio Support team to see if it can be recovered.

3. The My Meetings view hasn’t updated

It’s also possible that the meeting hasn’t appeared yet in the My Meetings view because it’s still being processed or the page hasn’t refreshed.

In these cases, refresh the page or reload your screen to see if the meeting appears correctly processed.

If none of these steps solve the issue, please contact the diio Support team so they can investigate further.
