Managing roles in diio is a simple process that allows you to adjust access according to your team's needs. All you need is the 'Configuration' role to make changes.
Access to Configuration: Click on 'Company Settings' located at the bottom of the side menu next to your name.
Roles
Within the 'Roles' tab, you can view the list of current users and manage their permissions, which can be:
Executive: Users who are accompanied by diio in their meetings. These are users with paid licenses.
Leader: Users who have access to all team meetings but do not use diio in their own meetings. These are users with free licenses.
Observer: Users who have access to view meetings shared with them by other team members. These are users with free licenses.
Admin: Users with permissions to configure the diio account. A single user can hold multiple roles simultaneously.
The number of Seats available corresponds to the licenses currently billed under your plan. If you need to adjust the number of seats available, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected] to modify your plan according to your needs.
Users List
In the user list, you can enable or disable their permissions as an Executive, Leader, or Admin. Additionally, by clicking the options on the right, you can deactivate a user to restrict their access to diio. This action will block the user’s access but will not reduce the number of seats in your plan.
How to Add New Users
To invite new team members to diio, simply send them the login link. They will automatically be associated with your company’s account with the role of "Observer." To manage their permissions, go to the user list and assign them the desired role.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage the roles in your diio account, ensuring that the right team members have access to the tools they need to enhance their sales performance.
