How to create an Opportunity, Deal, Lead, or Business in your CRM from diio

If a conversation is not associated with any existing deal in the CRM, you can create one directly from the Update CRM flow without leaving diio. Each CRM uses a different name for this object: Deal in HubSpot, Opportunity in Salesforce, Deal in Pipedrive and Zoho, and Lead in Odoo.

How to associate with an existing deal

Open the Update CRM flow from the conversation detail view.

In the deal step, diio shows the identified contact's active deals.

Select the correct deal from the list.

Continue with the rest of the flow and confirm.

How to create a new deal

In the deal step of the Update CRM flow, select the "New deal" option (or the equivalent in your CRM).

Fill in the required fields: deal name, process stage, and if applicable, estimated amount.

Confirm. diio creates the deal in the CRM and automatically links it to the contact and conversation.

Key Notes, Commitments, and Specific Fields are associated with the newly created deal.
