How to configure what gets sent to the CRM (CRM Configuration page)

By default, diio can sync several types of information to the CRM: Key Notes, Commitments, Calls, Meetings, Messages, and Specific Fields. The settings administrator can enable or disable each type according to the team's needs.

Where to configure it

On the card of your connected CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or Odoo), click "Configure".

The CRM configuration view opens.

What you can enable or disable

The configuration view shows separate sections by object type:

Key Notes. Controls whether diio's notes are sent to the CRM as a note attached to the activity.

Commitments. Controls whether detected commitments are created as tasks in the CRM.

Calls. Available if you have HubSpot Call or Aircall connected. Controls whether calls are recorded as activities.

Meetings. Available in some CRMs. Controls whether meetings are recorded as activities.

Messages. Controls whether messaging conversations (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Intercom) are synced.

Specific fields. Controls whether values extracted by playbook fields are sent as properties to the CRM.

Create deal / opportunity / trade. Controls whether diio can create new deal objects in the CRM when the conversation is not associated with any.

How changes apply

Changes to the CRM configuration apply to new conversations from the moment of the change. Previously synced conversations are not affected.
