How to update the CRM from the detail view

From the detail view of any conversation you can sync the information analyzed by diio directly to your CRM: commitments, notes, playbook fields, and conversation activity. The process is done through a step-by-step flow that diio guides.

Before you start

To sync to the CRM you need to have one of the following CRMs connected to your diio account: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or Odoo. If you haven't connected your CRM yet, see the configuration articles in the Integrations collection.

How to start the flow

Open the detail view of the conversation you want to sync.

Click the "Update CRM" button in the header.

diio opens a step-by-step flow. The first step shows the contact detected in the conversation and the associated deal or opportunity. Confirm or adjust if necessary.

The second step shows a notes field. You can edit them before sending them to the CRM. These notes will be attached to the activity in the CRM.

The third step shows the Detected Commitments. Check that they are correct. You can edit them or add new ones before syncing.

The fourth step shows a summary of everything that will be synced. Review it and click "Review and send to CRM" to confirm.

What gets synced to the CRM

Activity. The meeting, call, or message is recorded as an activity in the CRM linked to the contact and deal.

Note. The notes field is saved as a note attached to the activity.

Tasks. Commitments are created as tasks assigned to the corresponding owner.

Specific fields. Playbook field values are synced as properties of the contact or deal in the CRM.
