For diio to automatically associate a call or WhatsApp conversation with the correct contact in your CRM, the number must be saved in international format.
Recommended format
Always use: +[country code][number]. Example: +56912345678. No spaces, hyphens, or parentheses.
By CRM
HubSpot: "Phone number" or "Mobile phone" field of the Contact.
Salesforce: "Phone" or "Mobile phone" field of the Contact.
Pipedrive: "Phone" field of the Person.
Zoho: "Mobile phone" field of the Contact.
Odoo: "Phone" or "Mobile" field of the Contact.
What happens if the format doesn't match
If the number in the CRM doesn't match, diio does not associate the conversation automatically. You can associate it manually from the detail view.
