What does the Update CRM button status mean (pending vs. up to date)?

The Update CRM button in the detail view header changes appearance based on the sync status of that conversation. Reading this indicator lets you know at a glance whether there is information pending to send to the CRM or whether everything is up to date.

Button states

Not synced. The conversation has not yet been sent to the CRM. The button shows "Update CRM" with no additional indicator.

Pending changes. There is new information (added commitments, corrected fields, edited notes) that has not been synced yet. The button shows a visual alert indicator.

Up to date. All information has been correctly synced. The date and time of the last sync and the name of the person who performed it are shown.

Last sync information

When the conversation has been synced at least once, below the button appears:

Last sync. When it was performed (for example: "2 min ago" or exact date and time).

Person who synced. The name of the team member who initiated the sync.

Linked contact. The CRM contact the conversation was associated with.

Linked deal. The CRM deal, opportunity, or trade associated.

Tasks. The number of commitments synced as tasks.
