The Video tab shows the meeting recording alongside the complete transcript. The two panels are synchronized: you can jump to any moment of the video from the transcript, or follow the transcript as the video plays.
The video player
The left panel of the Video tab contains the player. Its controls:
Play / Pause. Starts or stops playback.
Rewind 10 seconds. Goes back 10 seconds. Useful for re-listening to a fragment that wasn't clear.
Skip forward 10 seconds. Jumps 10 seconds forward. Useful for skipping silences or already-reviewed parts.
Playback speed. Options: 1×, 1.5×, 2×. At 1.5× you can review a 60-minute meeting in 40.
Full screen. Expands the player for more detailed review.
The synchronized transcript
The right panel shows the complete conversation transcript, divided into blocks by participant and moment. It is synchronized with the player in real time:
As the video advances, the transcript automatically highlights the fragment being played (if the "Scroll with playback" toggle is active).
Click on any block in the transcript to jump directly to that moment in the video.
The "Search transcript…" search bar (detailed in the next article) allows going to specific words or phrases.
Which channels have video or audio
Meetings (video call). Have video + transcript in the Video tab.
Calls (HubSpot, Aircall, cell phone audio). Have audio + transcript, without video.
In-person meetings (audio uploaded via WhatsApp). Have audio + transcript.
Messages (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Intercom). Have no video or audio. The Video tab does not appear for this channel.
