diio automatically detects the people who participated in each conversation. In some cases you may need to add participants that were not detected, remove one that was incorrectly detected, or correct assigned roles.
Where the controls are
Participants are managed from the Participants section of the top block in the detail view. Each participant has editing options accessible by hovering over their name.
Change a participant's role
If diio incorrectly assigned a person's role (for example, it put them as Counterpart when they are part of the internal team), you can change it by clicking on the current role and selecting the correct one. The change affects how speech and punctuality metrics are calculated.
