diio automatically detects the people who participated in each conversation. In some cases you may need to add participants that weren't detected, remove one that was detected by mistake, or correct the assigned roles.
Where the controls are
Participants are managed from the Participants section of the top block in the detail view. Click the "Edit" button on the Participants card to open the "Edit participants" dialog.
Change a participant's role
If diio assigned a person's role incorrectly (for example, it set them as Counterpart when they're part of the internal team), you can change it in the "Edit participants" dialog by selecting the correct role. Besides Counterpart and Executive, the roles include Observer and Unknown. The change affects how talk-time and punctuality metrics are calculated.
