When Aircall is connected to diio, calls you record in Aircall are automatically imported for analysis. The principle is the same as with HubSpot Call: the account-level connection is made by the Settings Admin, and each user must meet three conditions for their calls to be captured.
The three conditions per user
For an Aircall call to be captured by diio, all three conditions must be met simultaneously:
The call must be recorded in Aircall. Recording must be enabled; it is not recorded by default for all calls.
The user who made the call must have an active seat in diio.
The user's corporate email must be the same in Aircall and in diio.
The user must belong to a team that has a call playbook.
The most commonly failing condition is recording: in Aircall, recording can be automatic (configured by the Aircall Admin) or manual (the agent enables it for each call). If it is manual, the executive must remember to enable it before each call.
How to connect Aircall (Settings Admin)
Click Connect and authorize access with your Aircall account.
The integration becomes active for the entire account.
Automatic vs. manual recording in Aircall
If the Aircall Admin configured automatic recording for all numbers, there is nothing to do: all calls are recorded. If recording is manual, each executive must enable it for each call for diio to capture it.
To find out how recording is configured in your Aircall account, check with your Aircall Admin or the diio Settings Admin.
