Connect HubSpot Call so diio captures your calls

When HubSpot Call is connected to diio, calls you record in HubSpot are automatically imported for analysis. The account-level connection is made once by the Settings Admin; afterwards, each user must meet three conditions for their calls to be captured.

The three conditions per user

For a HubSpot Call call to be captured by diio, all three conditions must be met simultaneously:

The call must be recorded in HubSpot Call. Simply marking it as completed is not enough: it needs to have a recording attached.

The user who made the call must have an active seat in diio.

The user's corporate email must be the same in HubSpot and in diio.

The user must belong to a team that has a call playbook.

If any of the three conditions is missing, the call does not enter diio. The most frequently failing condition is not recording the call: make sure to enable recording in HubSpot Call before clicking the call button.

How to connect HubSpot Call (Settings Admin)

Click Connect and authorize access with your HubSpot account.

The integration becomes active for the entire account.

This configuration is done by the Admin once. Every user who calls from HubSpot Call and meets the three conditions will have their calls captured automatically.
