When you upload in-person meeting audio via WhatsApp, diio asks which calendar event it corresponds to. Making this association correctly is what allows the meeting to appear linked to the correct deal and contact in your pipeline.
How the association occurs
During the audio upload flow via WhatsApp, after confirming participants, diio shows you a list of calendar events from the day or nearby range that do not have a video call link. Select the one that corresponds to the meeting you just recorded.
Which events appear in the list
diio shows calendar events that meet two conditions: they are within a date range close to the audio upload, and they do not have a video call link (Zoom, Meet, or Teams). This is to differentiate them from remote meetings that diio already captures automatically.
If the event doesn't exist or you created it afterwards
If you didn't create the event before the meeting, the audio is still analyzed but remains without association to the calendar event. This means it may not correctly link to the contact or deal in the CRM.
To associate it afterwards: create the event in your calendar and write to [email protected] to request re-linking. [verify if this is possible from the app without support]
