Saved views are shortcuts to filter combinations you use frequently. Instead of reconfiguring the same filters every time you open diio, you save the combination once and have it available in the sidebar with a click.
How to save a view
Apply in the bar the filters you want to save.
Click "Save as view" (to the right of the filter bar).
Write a descriptive name in the modal and click "Save".
The view appears in the sidebar under "My Views", below All Conversations.
From then on, one click on the view in the sidebar applies the filters automatically. No need to remember or reconfigure anything.
How to name a view well
A good name answers the question "why do I open this view?". It works better if it is specific and actionable:
With an imperative verb: "Review calls from this week", "Prioritize conversations with high prediction".
As a question: "What commitments are overdue?", "What conversations have Angry mood?".
With explicit period if the date filter is fixed: "Meetings — last 30 days".
How to update a view
If the filters you saved no longer reflect what you need:
Open the view from the sidebar.
Adjust the filters in the bar.
Click "Update view". The previous filters are replaced.
