The Exporter allows you to download your analyzed conversations in CSV or JSON format for external reports, analysis in other tools, or backups.
How to access the Exporter
Select the date range.
Choose the format: CSV or JSON.
Apply additional filters if needed (team, conversation type, channel).
Click Export. diio will generate the file and notify you when it is ready.
Download the file from the notification link or from the export history.
What the export includes
Metadata: date, duration, channel, participants, playbook.
Executive summary and Key Notes.
Detected commitments.
Specific fields and extracted values.
Available formats
CSV: for Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
JSON: for programmatic integrations.
