Alerts notify you automatically when a new conversation meets the filters of a saved view.

You need to have at least one saved view. If you don't have one yet, go to How to save a custom view in the sidebar.

Go to All Conversations.

Apply the filters you want to monitor (channel, team, stage, period, etc.).

Click Create Alert.

Define the filters; you can add or remove as needed.

Choose the notification channel: email, Slack notification, or both.

Define when you want to receive the alert: immediately, daily, or weekly.

Click Save Alert.

Every time a new conversation enters your list with those filters, you will receive the configured notification.
