You can send the audio of a call or an in-person meeting to the diio chat on WhatsApp. diio will ask you for a few details to identify the conversation and then analyze it.
The process differs depending on the type of audio:
Call: a phone conversation. You'll need to identify participants by their voice.
In-person meeting: a conversation recorded while people were meeting in the same location. You'll need to indicate who participated and link it to a calendar appointment that does not have a video call link.
1. Send the audio
Open the diio chat on WhatsApp.
Tap the button to attach files.
Select the audio from your phone.
When diio asks what type of conversation it is, choose Call or In-person meeting.
If it's a call
Select Call.
Listen to the audio clips diio shows you.
Indicate which participant each voice belongs to.
Confirm the assignment.
diio will process the audio and you'll find it as Call in All conversations.
Calls are not linked to a calendar appointment.
If it's an in-person meeting
Select In-person meeting.
Enter the name and email of the participants.
Select the corresponding calendar appointment.
Confirm the information.
The selected appointment must correspond to an in-person meeting and cannot include a video call link.
diio will process the audio and you'll find it as Meeting in All conversations.
Why do you need to link it to an appointment?
By selecting the corresponding appointment, diio can associate the meeting with the correct contacts and deals in the CRM, and apply the assigned Playbook.
You can continue without selecting an appointment, but the conversation may not be correctly associated in your pipeline.
Audio formats and requirements
You can send files in MP3, M4A, WAV, or OGG format.
The audio must:
Include at least two voices.
Exceed the minimum duration configured in Validations. By default, at least 60 seconds of speech is required.
