What are Validations and what are they for?

Validations are the minimum conditions a conversation must meet for diio to process it and include it in the analysis and metrics. If a conversation does not meet the Validations, diio does not analyze it or count it.

What Validations are for

Preventing diio from analyzing conversations that are too short or lack relevant content (for example, a 5-second call or a single-word message).

Defining the minimum participation threshold for an Executive to be evaluated in a conversation.

Automatically including or excluding internal meetings and recurring meetings according to the organization's policy.

Automatically archiving calls that diio identifies as voicemail, wrong number, reschedule request, or rejection.

Types of conversations affected

Validations are configured separately for three types: Meetings, Calls, and Messages. Each type has its own thresholds and detections.

When changes apply

Changes to Validations apply to conversations processed from that moment on. Already analyzed conversations are not reprocessed.
