Validations determine the minimum conditions a conversation must meet for diio to process it. You can adjust the thresholds or deactivate specific validations.

You will see three blocks: Meetings, Calls, and Messages.

Locate the toggle for the validation you want to modify.

Click it to activate or deactivate it.

The change applies to new conversations. Already processed ones will not be reprocessed.

Locate the threshold field you want to change.

Edit the value directly.

Save the changes.

Meetings: minimum 60 sec. total; maximum 22 Executives; minimum 120 sec. to evaluate the Executive.

Calls: minimum 60 sec. total; minimum 10 sec. to evaluate the Executive.

Messages: minimum 150 characters.
