Validations determine the minimum conditions a conversation must meet for diio to process it. You can adjust the thresholds or deactivate specific validations.
How to access
Go to diio settings → Validations.
You'll see three blocks: Meetings, Calls and Messages.
Activate or deactivate a toggle
Locate the toggle for the validation you want to modify.
Click it to activate or deactivate it.
The change applies to new conversations. Already processed ones won't be reprocessed.
Adjust numeric thresholds
Locate the threshold field you want to change. There are thresholds in characters (Minimum characters, in Meetings, Calls and Messages) and in seconds spoken (in Meetings and Calls).
Edit the value directly. The Minimum seconds spoken to evaluate the Executive doesn't accept values above 100.
Click "Save changes".
Default values
Meetings: minimum 1500 characters; maximum 10 Executives per meeting. The seconds-spoken minimums are empty by default (disabled).
Calls: minimum 250 characters. The seconds-spoken minimums are empty by default (disabled).
Messages: minimum 150 characters.
