If a person who was deactivated needs access to diio again, you can reactivate them at any time.
Go to diio settings → People.
Turn on "Show deactivated" to find the person.
Click on them.
Click "Activate person".
The system verifies that a seat is available. If not, it will ask you to purchase one before continuing.
Upon reactivation, the person recovers their access, but not the Executive role: their Executive memberships were removed when they were deactivated, so you need to assign it again. Their conversation history remains intact.
