If a person who was deactivated needs access to diio again, you can reactivate them at any time.
Apply the "Deactivated" filter to find the person.
Click on them.
Click "Reactivate".
The system verifies that a seat is available. If not, it will ask you to purchase one before continuing.
Upon reactivation, the person recovers their access with the role they had before. Their conversation history remains intact.
