A seat is diio's licensing unit. It represents the right of an active Executive to use diio and appear in analyzed conversations.
How many seats do you need?
Count only the people who will have an Executive role (those who participate in conversations that diio analyzes). Other roles do not affect the number of seats.
Example: if your team has 12 sales executives, 2 team leaders, and 1 administrator, you need 12 seats — not 15.
Seats and billing cycle
Seats are billed monthly or annually depending on the frequency you contracted. You can add seats at any time; the cost is prorated to the current period. To reduce seats, the change applies to the next billing cycle.
