How to upgrade your plan

You can upgrade your plan from the Billing section in Settings. The process depends on the plan you want to move to: Business or Enterprise.

Before making the change

Before confirming the upgrade, review which capabilities your team needs to activate.

The Business plan allows you to manage a more advanced operation in diio: create teams, assign roles, manage playbooks by team, and configure more fields per playbook.

The Enterprise plan is designed for companies that need custom configuration, advanced integrations, and dedicated support.

How to upgrade to Business

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Plan.

  2. Click “Change plan”.

  3. Select the Business plan.

  4. Review the details of the new plan, including:

    • price per seat,

    • included capabilities,

    • number of users,

    • prorated cost if the change happens during an active billing cycle.

  5. Confirm the change.

  6. Once confirmed, the Business plan becomes active and you can start configuring the new available capabilities, such as teams, roles, and playbooks assigned to each team.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Plan.

  2. Click “Change plan”.

  6. diio’s Sales team will get in touch with you to understand your company’s needs and prepare a custom proposal.

  7. Once the commercial terms are agreed, the diio team will activate the Enterprise plan in your account.

What happens after the upgrade

After the upgrade, the new plan capabilities become available in your account according to the plan you selected.

If you upgrade to Business, you’ll be able to configure teams, assign leaders and executives, manage playbooks by team, and organize conversation visibility more effectively.

If you upgrade to Enterprise, the diio team will support you in configuring advanced capabilities such as diio MCP, API, Webhooks, special integrations, and a dedicated SLA.
