With automatic sync active, diio sends each conversation's information to the CRM as soon as the analysis finishes, without the executive having to manually open the Update CRM flow. It is useful when the volume of conversations is high and manual review does not scale.
How to activate it
On the card of your connected CRM, click "Configure".
In the configuration view, enable the automatic sync option.
Save the changes.
What gets synced automatically
Everything you have enabled in the CRM configuration: Key Notes, Commitments, Calls, Meetings, Messages, and Specific Fields. If any is disabled in the configuration, it is also not automatically synced.
What is NOT synced automatically
If the conversation does not have an identified contact in the CRM, automatic sync cannot complete. In that case, diio notifies you and you must resolve the association manually from the Update CRM flow.
When it makes sense and when it doesn't
Good to activate when the playbook has been running for a while, extracted fields are consistent, and the team trusts the quality of diio's analysis.
Not good to activate when the playbook is new and fields are still being adjusted, or when each conversation has nuances that require review before sending to the CRM.
