At diio, the privacy and security of information are top priorities. Here we explain who can access the details of your conversations and how you can manage visibility through our sharing and commenting features.

  • Conversation Privacy: Only members of your sales team that you select can access the details of the conversations. Clients never have access to this information, ensuring that all shared and discussed data remain confidential within the sales team.

  • Sharing Conversations: diio allows you to share specific details of interactions with any member of your sales team who has been invited to the conversation. This functionality is ideal for fostering collaborative learning and collectively improving sales strategies.

    How to Share: Within the detail of each conversation, you'll find an option to share. By selecting this, you can choose the team members to whom you wish to grant access.

  • Commenting on Conversations: In addition to sharing, your team members can comment directly on meeting transcripts. This enriches the analysis with additional perspectives and facilitates a deeper discussion about tactics and strategies.
    How to Comment: Anywhere in the transcript, users can add comments that will be visible only to those with access to the shared conversation. If you mention a colleague using "@", they will receive a notification to view the comment.

By ensuring that only invited sellers can see and interact with the details of the conversations, diio helps maintain confidentiality while promoting a collaborative and continuously improving environment within sales teams.
