diio's MCP allows you to connect ChatGPT directly to your diio instance to access information and use the tools available in diio from a ChatGPT conversation.
Before you start
The integration is set up through a custom app using diio's MCP server. To configure it, you need to have Developer mode available in your ChatGPT account.
Part 1: Enable Developer mode
1. Go to ChatGPT settings
In ChatGPT, go to: Settings → Security and Login
If the Developer mode option is available, enable it.
Part 2: Create the connection with diio
1. Go to Connectors
Then select: Connectors → Explore connectors
Click the + symbol to add a new connector.
2. Enter the connection details
Complete the form with the following values:
Name: diio
3. Scan the server tools
ChatGPT will perform a Scan Tools of the MCP server. If the connection requires OAuth authentication, ChatGPT will ask you to complete the authorization process. Once completed, you can create the custom app.
Part 3: Use diio from ChatGPT
Once the app has been created and connected, you can select diio within a chat and make queries using the information available in your diio account.
Custom apps allow ChatGPT to use MCP tools to retrieve information from external services, such as diio.
diio's MCP works with the information your user has access to in diio.
Examples of use
Once the diio app is connected, you can make queries related to the information available in your account, for example:
"What were the sales meetings this week?"
"Analyze the conversations from this month."
"What objections appear most frequently?"
"Show me information about this business in diio."
