"Team follow-up and focus" is the periodic report for Leaders and Coordinators. It summarizes team activity, pending commitments, and accounts that deserve priority attention in the period.
How to activate the report
Click "+ New report".
In "Group type", select "Team Report".
In "Report type", select "Team follow-up and focus".
Choose the frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Write a name for the report (for example, "Weekly summary — LATAM Sales Team").
Enable the toggle to start receiving it.
Save the changes.
What the report includes
Team activity summary: number of conversations by type (meetings, calls, messages) in the period.
Activity by executive: what each team member did.
Pending commitments: the team's commitments that are open or overdue.
Priority accounts: the accounts diio identifies as most in need of attention based on activity and prediction.
