diio creates opportunities automatically based on the rules defined by the Admin, but not every deal follows the usual path. From the opportunity detail, you can correct it and adjust it to what's actually happening.
Opportunities is in Beta. Some options may change while we finish developing the feature.
Edit the name or goal
Name: click the pencil icon next to the opportunity name.
Goal: use the dropdown below the name to choose Sale, Expansion, Retention, or Other.
Move or remove a conversation
If a conversation ended up in the wrong opportunity, you can fix it in two ways:
From the opportunity: in the Conversations block, click the three dots (⋮) on the conversation.
From the conversation: in the conversation detail view, click the three dots (⋮) on the Opportunity block.
In both cases, choose:
Move to another opportunity: the conversation becomes part of a different story.
Remove from opportunity: the conversation is no longer associated with this opportunity.
Conversations you assign manually are protected: if the Admin changes a rule, diio won't delete that opportunity automatically unless the Admin has explicitly enabled it. We explain how in How to set up Opportunity rules (Admin).
Refresh the Success prediction
diio updates the Success prediction as new interactions come in. To recalculate it on the spot, click the refresh icon on the Success prediction block.
Close an opportunity
In the opportunity detail, click Close opportunity at the top right.
Choose Won or Lost.
Click Confirm close.
The opportunity no longer appears among the open ones, but its conversations and history are kept. To see it again, use the Status filter in the Opportunities view.
Explore and Comments
Explore: ask diio questions about the opportunity, such as which risks are still pending or what should happen next. The chat is private: only you can see it.
Comments: leave notes for the team. Everyone with access to the opportunity can see them.
